Secondary school heads and principals of the division has got acquainted with the new performance management system called Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) after a successful roll-out conducted by DepEd Cam. Norte last July 15, 2014 at the DepEd Conference Hall.
Not even the devastating aftermath of typhoon Glenda can stop the roll-out of the RPMS as the second day of the training was continued on July 18. The said training aims to orient all secondary school managers on the concepts, use and purpose of the RPMS to allow its cascading to their respective schools. It also intends to accomplish the different forms used in the implementation of RPMS as well as to develop a doable re-entry action plan.
